Buca Inc. said Monday that comparable-restaurant sales rose 4 percent in the fourth quarter of 2006.
The Minneapolis-based, which operates a chain of 93 Italian restaurants, also said comparable-location sales rose 3.8 percent in 2006 over the year before.
The comparable sales numbers only include Buca di Beppo restaurants and not Vinny T's of Boston since the company sold that chain in the fourth quarter.
